La Casita is a five minute drive to the internationally renown Llao Llao resort and the port where one embarks on lake excursions to Chile, Isla Victoria, and the famous Arrayanes Forest; twenty minutes from downtown Bariloche and the Cerro Catedral ski resort, and forty minutes to the international airport.

Located in a forested residential neighborhood, a delightful five-minute walk off the main highway connecting downtown Bariloche and the Llao Llao resort, La Casita is situated just west of the entrance to the Peninsula San Pedro on a private lakefront cul-de-sac.

There are numerous and diverse dining options in the vicinity.  Two small grocery stores, a broadband Internet cafe, and the bus stop are located a pleasant stroll from the house.

The house enjoys a special serenity removed from the bustle of the city yet within easy reach of everything that Bariloche, a major international tourist resort city, has to offer.
